Our smoked meats journey started in 2016. We began by cooking for festivals and doing some catering. After that, we built a food trailer and kept growing step by step. Today, we’re thankful to be in two amazing  locations that lets us serve more people with the same care we started with. We’re grateful for every visit and every order. You’re part of why we keep going, and we don’t take that lightly.  Food should feel real and worth your time. That’s why we made a promise to only serve scratch homemade BBQ, sides, and sauces.
